Growatt Groboost

The GroBoost is a smart relay energy controller that, by using surplus energy, can control a heat pump that has an SG Ready (Smart Grid Ready) controller.

Based on the signals received from the GroBoost device, the heat pump heats the water in the tank.

This allows the heat pump to heat the water up to 60°C.

In addition, we can connect water heaters directly to the GroBoost unit for heating the water. The operating scheme is the same as for heat pumps. The water in the tank is also heated to 60°C, then the heaters stop working.
